Personal Care
Our personal care neighborhood, constructed in 2000, boasts three different room layouts. The Rose, a large bedroom with double closets and private
bath, may be arranged in a semi-private or private layout. Our Orchid, a one-person accommodation, has a sitting room, bedroom and large
private bath. The deluxe Lily is our two-person accommodation featuring a kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, sitting room and
spacious bedroom.
Independent active living is encouraged at Countryside, while still offering the comforts of around-the-clock assistance with medication
administration, bathing and dressing. Indoor and outdoor recreation areas abound, offering quiet, peaceful locations to read a book, play
cards or watch television. Our Senior Shuttle bus makes frequent jaunts to area department stores, restaurants and ice cream shops.
Countryside residents are encouraged to pursue their own hobbies and daily activities. Residents are even welcome to bring their own
vehicles. At Countryside, we do not hinder your busy living - we help you with it.
Skilled Nursing Care
At Countryside, you can be assured of individualized, 24-hour-a-day quality care by trained nurses and certified nurse's assistants. State-of-the-art medical resources are staffed by nursing professionals, trained to manage wound care, IV therapy, surgical dressing changes,
tracheotomy and ostomy care, and enteral nutrition.
Several physicians make routine rounds and are available 24-hours-a-day. Our extensive physical, occupational and speech therapy program
caters to the individual rehabilitative needs of every resident. Personalized plans of care are implemented, and routinely updated, by our
social worker, activities director and nursing personnel.

Memory Lane
Memory Lane, Countryside's special community for those friends with memory impairment, offers a safe, quiet haven with a distinctive
decorating flair. Private and shared accommodations open onto a glass-enclosed atrium and central "town square," perfect for socializing
and relaxing. Residents enjoy café-style dining and the uniqueness of bedroom entrances that resemble the doorways of individual homes.
Visitors to the community will get a warm welcome from Memory, Countryside's feline companion. Memory Lane is the perfect community for
those who need personal care services including help with bathing, dressing and taking medications.
