New Chief Operating Officer
We’re only a few months into 2019 and have already experienced several noteworthy changes!
On February 4th, we welcomed Paul McGuire, as our new Chief Operating Officer!
Paul comes to Quality Life Services with over 30 years experience of working in long-term care. His career started out working in social work and admissions in a skilled nursing facility. With a passion for healthcare and a love of our seniors, Paul excelled his skills and expertise into a role of Regional Director.
In 1988 Paul transitioned to a Regional Vice President of Operations at Genesis Healthcare System where he worked for over 26 years. Under his leadership, Paul was able to achieve: automation of company labor management information system, exceptional quality and financial outcomes, developed and implemented a vast variety of specialty healthcare units internally and externally as third-party services. He also created strategies to ensure quality outcomes, in addition to well-defined performance measures to track performance and outcomes within these units.
We are thankful to have welcomed Paul into the QLS Family. His past experience from his former roles will bring great value and influence to Quality Life Services.
We are excited with our new growth and look forward to the future as we continue to be region’s leader in post-acute care.
